Demand ranks each tag's hit rate against every other tag, after steadying it as if the tag also had 50 average games, so a small tag's lucky streak doesn't outrank a large tag's real record; crowding ranks how many games carry it (released plus announced for the next 26 weeks), and opportunity is demand × (1 − crowding ÷ 100). Tags with fewer than 40 released games are not ranked.
