Terms of service

Last updated September 28, 2026

These terms apply when you use BloxLobby at bloxlobby.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use BloxLobby for a studio or company, you agree on its behalf. Questions go to hello@bloxlobby.com.

The service

BloxLobby helps game studios plan and track Steam launches, and lets creators show studios the channels they run. Some features are live and others are still being built; the site says which. We may change, add or remove features, and we'll tell account holders before removing something they rely on.

Your account

  • Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You must be at least 16 to use BloxLobby.
  • You're responsible for what happens in your account and in the studios you manage, including who you give access to and with which role.

Creators

  • Verify only channels, curator pages and sites that you run, or that you're authorised to represent.
  • Your public creator page shows your profile and verified channels to anyone, until you hide it.
  • Creators never pay to use BloxLobby.

YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and Steam

BloxLobby uses YouTube API Services to verify creators' channels. By using BloxLobby's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle the data is in our privacy policy.

When you verify a Twitch channel or a TikTok account, or sign in through Steam, that platform's own terms apply to your account there: the Twitch Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and the Steam Subscriber Agreement. BloxLobby isn't affiliated with, or endorsed by, Valve, Google, YouTube, Twitch or TikTok.

Market data and scores

The release calendar, market meta, store page score, readiness and similar figures are calculated from public Steam data and what you enter. They're there to help you decide, not promises: they can be incomplete or out of date, and they are not forecasts of sales or wishlists. Decisions about your launch are yours.

Fair use

Don't use BloxLobby to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • pretend to be someone else, or claim a channel, studio or game that isn't yours;
  • get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or test or break our security without our written permission;
  • scrape, copy or resell the service or its data in bulk, or put an unreasonable load on it.

We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove content that breaks these terms.

Your content

What you put into BloxLobby stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including showing your public creator page if you keep it public. Our software, design and brand, including the fox, stay ours.

Fees

BloxLobby is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans for studios, we'll say what they cost before you're charged anything, and nothing you already use for free becomes paid without notice. Creators never pay.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep BloxLobby running, accurate and secure, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, wishlists or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop using BloxLobby at any time and ask us to delete your account, as our privacy policy describes. We may end your access if you break these terms, and we'll give you notice before we close an account in good standing.

Changes

We'll update these terms when the service changes, and show the new date at the top. For a significant change we email account holders before it takes effect. Using BloxLobby after that means you accept the new terms.
